Simple Laboratories
Hybrid - Remote / On-site
Architected and maintained a hybrid on-prem/Azure clinical data integration platform ingesting HL7 v2 messages (ADT, ORM, ORU, reconciliation) via Mirth Connect into a Databricks Delta Lake on ADLS Gen 2. Built FHIR R4 conversion pipelines for interoperability with downstream EHR and analytics consumers. Orchestrated multi-source ingestion workflows using Azure Data Factory and maintained PostgreSQL operational databases for audit and reconciliation tracking. Ensured HIPAA-compliant data handling across all pipeline stages.
